Logging-in

  • On your log-in page click on the link that says "Forgot your password?". Enter the e-mail address associated with this account and you will be sent a reset link.

    Check your email inbox for a message from the website or service. This email will contain a link to reset your password. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

    Click the Reset Link. This will take you to a page on the website where you can reset your password.

    Enter a New Password. You should see a confirmation message indicating that your password has been successfully reset.

  • Your account is associated with your e-mail address. You can only reset your password.

  • Make sure you are logging in with the correct e-mail address. If you are entering a wrong password, click on "Forgot your password?" and follow the steps to reset your password.

Booking Sessions

    4. Enter Your Details

    5. Confirm the Appointment:

      • Review the details of your appointment.

      • Click on the button to confirm or schedule the appointment.

      • You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.

  • Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a booked session within 24 hours. Here’s how:

    Rescheduling a Session:

    • Open the confirmation email you received when you initially booked the session.

    • Look for a link or button in the email that says "Reschedule" or "Change Appointment".

    • Choose a New Date and Time.

    Cancelling a Session:

    • Open the confirmation email you received when you initially booked the session.

    • Look for a link or button in the email that says "Cancel" or "Cancel Appointment".

    • Confirm the Cancellation: You will receive an email confirming that your appointment has been cancelled.

  • Our protocol for clients arriving late to sessions is to accommodate the remaining time allotted whenever possible. However, please note that late arrivals do not extend the session beyond its scheduled end time to respect other clients' appointments. We do not reschedule group sessions but can reschedule for one-on-one sessions with 24-48 hour notice.
